Introduction to my work

I decided to start a blog in order to share my paintings and thoughts as a painter (for what they are worth), and as an opportunity to network with, and be inspired by, other artists. I am currently working on a couple of paintings for an open exhibition at a local gallery - results to be posted once completed.
In the meantime, as I have joined this group, I thought it only right to share a few photographs of my past paintings. Would love to hear what other people think about them (good, bad or indifferent!):
