Hi everybody. Just joined this group. These 2 pieces were done for a friend of mine. Theres no great thought or concept behind them, the key was that i was able to do something fun with the software that i use in my day job for more mundane purposes.

They are done with a combination of Photoshop, Illustrator and of course the mighty QuarkXPress. Im a graphic designer by trade.

Pro Thought it was Photoshop...I use that...must check out QuarkXCPress...LOL...trouble is they all cost so much!! You really have to use them a lot to pay out that much money...

Pro yes, they are so expensive. especially quarkxpress, thats still around £800 to buy which is totally scandalous!

Definitely not getting that...HLOL...actually I think the cost of these pieces of software are scandalous as you say...I see no reason for such exorbitant charges...and it's a stupid thing to charge so much because it prevents so many people from buying them...probably also encourages piracy so they're cutting off their noses to spite their faces in the end...
