Remember this unfinished painting from last year? I am about to re-do it, what I need to do is take a photograph of the canvas, then print it off and use a carbon paper to transfer it onto a new canvas, I made mistakes and once dried acrylic is permanent and I can't cover them up unfortunately because this was going very well 
I also am going to change it slightly..

maybe a few years ago... in my dreams. The bit that went wrong is around her bum and legs, the painted background looks all wrong and leaves it looking 'flat' and it was all going so well :sigh:

Good luck. Hope it goes well. reminds me of the Spirit of Ecstasy. The white mixed with blue behind gives the sensation of movement!

That is lovely. I did a picture but on screen it didnt come up so good as it was,havent painted for so long and making do with what stuff i have to use,might give it another go.

I have the same problem with acrylic, if I can't finish when I start it, no chance again. I want to try to continue one of mine also, I'll see what happens... Good luck with restarting it!

It dries quickly which is great but has disadvantages ie mistakes!

Meant to say,that acrylic paint is a nightmare, Jade has it all over some of her clothes and it doesn't come out as you know,

Don't change it! It is beautiful just as it is. No work can ever be perfect. That is lovely all on it's own.

Thankyou very much! I don't want to change the painting just put right the mistakes but it will be diffeicult to get exactly the same, i will try
