Just started n a very large canvas, beach and beach hut scene, rough sketch and paint so far, good fun though hope to finish it soon, several on the go at present -this is acrylic but i will probably use a mix of media including watercolour and oil pastels with the acrylic paint. To the right will be sea, left sand and the huts will be brightly painted

it's quite a large expanse of sky being a huge canvas so I used a decorating brush! and why not? gbh's xxx

Quiet here lately isn't it? Decided to go with 'by the sea' and buildings theme by putting both into one painting, also want a beach painting for our small bedroom which we have turned into a reading room, want a sunny beachy feel in there

Lol! I know what you mean - when you achieve something good but are constrained by time there is always the fear that the next session will detract from the ground gained previously....doh! Lack of confidence I suppose - so silly really. xx
